This store and app are run directly by Amari Bandz — there is no label or agency in between. This page explains what gets collected when you use either one, why, and who it's shared with. If anything here is unclear, email management@amaribandz.com.
What's collected

Why it's collected
- To create and fulfil an order — sent to our print partner so your piece can be made and shipped
- To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and (if you opt in) release announcements
- To sign you in on return visits, so you don't re-enter your details every time
- Server logs are used only to keep the site running and secure — to catch errors and abuse — and are not cross-referenced with your account
Who it's shared with
Only the vendors that make the store and app work. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job:
- Stripe — payment processing. See Stripe's privacy policy.
- Printful — order fulfilment and shipping. Receives your name, shipping address, and order contents so your piece can be printed and mailed.
- Resend — delivery of order and release emails. Receives your email address and the message content.
- Apple — if you use Sign in with Apple, authentication is handled by Apple; we receive only the email and name Apple chooses to share.
- Cloudflare — the infrastructure the site and API run on.
Nothing is sold. There is no ad network and no analytics or tracking SDK in the app.
How long it's kept
Order and account records are kept as long as your account exists, or as required for tax and fulfilment records. You can ask for your account and its data to be deleted at any time — see below.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from release emails any time via the link at the bottom of any email, or at amaribandz.com/unsubscribe.
- Delete your account and data by emailing management@amaribandz.com from the address on the account. Order records tied to a completed purchase may be kept as required by law even after deletion.
- Ask what's on file the same way — email and we'll tell you.
Children
This store and app are not directed at children, and knowingly do not collect data from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If this page changes in a way that matters, the "last updated" date above will change with it. Continued use of the site or app after an update means you accept the current version.
